Catalog
Tries neurabeach.com/api/projects, then falls back to the
bundled catalog if the network or CORS blocks the request.
Intention source
Keyboard always works as a fallback. NeuralBridge mode connects as an observer to a local multi-client service (research only — not implant hardware).
